Yoga for Everybody with Rosanne:
This mind-body workout tightens and tones the entire body, enhances flexibility and builds core strength by combining traditional training, focused breathing, and strength building through yoga poses. 

Moderate:
Designed for those who already have a yoga or fitness practice. Gain strength, flexibility and mind awareness in this yoga fitness class. Flow from one pose to the next in this active style of yoga, linking breath with movement. Enjoy all of the benefits of the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga.

Beginners:
This class is for those who are new to yoga and may not be in a current fitness program. Enjoy this mind-body workout, based on the ancient science of hatha yoga and improve your physical as well as emotional wellbeing. balance, coordination, respiration and digestion improve and you have fun toning the body, enhancing flexibility and building strength.

Mixed Levels:
A mixed level class that leaves you feeling good while you tone the entire body, increase flexibility and build strength. Class will be tailored to individual  participants and options given in each pose so anyone at any level can feel successful and participate in class. Enjoy the emotional and physical benefits of the ancient science of hatha yoga.

ZenTao Yoga:
Breath is the focus point so the body can relax naturally into stretching open. Gentle, full stretches restore the body's Ki flow of energy to a balanced state. All levels of experience welcome.

Kundalini Yoga with Jeanne:                                                      Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a dynamic blend of postures, pranayama, mantra, music and meditation, which teaches you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation.  Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul.  It increases vitality, keeps the body in shape and trains the mind to be strong and flexible in the face of stress and change.  No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results with your very first class.

Mixed Level Yoga with Karen:                                                               This mixed level class brings the practice of therapeutic yoga to all populations in a safe format that is rooted in exercise science. It is based on being safe and includes many modifications and adaptations. You will learn when to push, when to surrender and when to rest. This approach focuses on falling in love with yoga, in an upbeat, challenging, relaxing and ever-changing class.

Mindful Yoga Basics with Barbara: 
In order to build and design one’s own personal practice, it’s important to lay a stable foundation of safety and awareness. This class will incorporate the yoga basics needed to explore and create“your”yoga. All levels of experience welcome.

Yoga 4 Kids with Cara:
Now kids can learn Yoga too! Let your child begin their journey with an entry level 6 week class that interactively teaches them about yoga practices. They will learn poses focusing on strength, balance and flexibility in a judgement free environment. Kids can get stressed too. The breathing and meditation techniques learned will teach them to balance their inner compasses. Children from ages eight to sixteen are welcome. This 6 week class has a special rate of $75.

Hatha Yoga with Whitney: 
Physical poses, or asanas, are combined with pranayama, or breathing exercises. By intensifying this connection between breath and movement, joints gain more freedom to move, the body reclaims lost energy, and the mind becomes more relaxed and focused. All levels of experience welcome.
