This workshop discusses basics of the nervous
system, how we can recognize activation and overwhelm in our
system, and ways in which we can learn to release this
energy. This information is based on cutting edge
science, psychotherapy, and physics. It is
a path that can help us to integrate the mind, body &
emotional level of wellbeing.

Lynn integrates traditional
psychological counseling with
ancient & modern energy healing
therapies to
promote health &
personal transformation. She has a masters
in counseling & is a Nationally
Certified Counselor, a Reiki &
Craniosacral Therapist, a Somatic
Experiencing Practitioner, & a Licensed
Massage Therapist.
Since 1993 she
has studied & practiced energy healing
therapies with
the nationally known healers: Rev. Rosalyn Bruyere, Dr.
John Upledger,
Dr. Alberto Villolodo, Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Franklin
Sills Myrna
Martin, LMFT. Lynn has taught classes in energy healing
for more than
12 years, & volunteers for Ann’s Place, Bread and
Roses, The
Multiple Sclerosis Society, Hospice, & St. Luke’s Life
