With this free introductory class Move 2 Wellness introduces the community to Kundalini Yoga, its newest yoga class, on Thursdays at 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness, consists of simple yogic techniques that can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter his or her age or physical ability. It is a complete science that includes breath, postures, movement, sound, and meditation.  Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is designed to keep the body in shape, increases vitality, and trains the mind to be strong and flexible in the face of stress and change.

“With Kundalini Yoga you not only build a radiant healthy body and develop a balanced mind. You also awaken and connect with your authentic self, from which infinite wisdom and creativity emerge,” says Jeanne Shanin (Sevapreet Kaur), a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor who will teach the class.
